Eryaman is a large planned residential area within the Etimesgut district. With wide avenues, multi-storey housing estates, newer residential complexes and shopping centres, it is one of the busiest residential areas on Ankara's western side. Large green spaces such as Göksu Park and a high-speed train station make it practical for families and for people who travel out of the city often.
